Here is how easy it is to make Black Bean Salsa...
1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. (Beans must be covered in liquid to rehydrate.)
2. Cover bowl and chill at least 2 hours before serving. (You can refrigerate this salsa for up to 5 days.)
3. Serve as a dip with tortilla chips.

TIP: This is a great tasting, low fat salsa that is wonderful tossed with a green salad to 'spice' it up a bit.Or, make this an healthy entrée by placing a portion of prepared Black Bean Salsa on a flour tortilla and cover with shredded mozzarella or pepper jack cheese. Top with another tortilla and heat on a skillet till each side is toasted and cheese is melted.The perfect quesadilla!
