Here is how easy it is to make Southwest Salmon…
1. Place seasoning and oil in a zip-top freezer bag; seal and squeeze bag to blend. Add fillets and close bag securely and gently squeeze to mix ingredients thoroughly. Marinate 2 hours or more in refrigerator.
2. Preheat grill. Remove fillets from bag and discard marinade. Brush grilling basket with oil and grill fish for 10 minutes on each side or until fish flakes with a fork. May also cook fillets by wrapping in foil and grilling until desired doneness.
3. Serve with lime wedges.
