Here is how easy it is to make Sugar Cookies...
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour sugar packet
on a plate; set aside. Using an electric mixer, blend cookie mix with butter,
egg and milk until well blended.
Form soft dough into 1 inch balls and roll in
sugar. Place about 2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet. Gently press down
on cookie ball to flatten. Bake 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
Cool on cookie sheet before removing to rack.
Yields approx. 3 dozen cookies.
Tip: You can refrigerate cookie dough for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 1 month. You can then have the exact number of hot, fresh-baked cookies whenever you want!
