Here is how easy it is to make Beer Bread...
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine mix and milk. (Batter will be lumpy.) Spoon batter into a greased 5x8 loaf pan. Pour melted butter over batter.
2. Place loaf pan on a cookie sheet to catch any spillover that may occur.
3. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
4. Remove loaf from pan, place on cooling rack or serving dish, and serve warm.
Beer Bread: Substitute 12 ounces of beer for milk and add 1 cup of your choice shredded cheese. For a spicier flavor, add hot pepper sauce to taste.
Bacon Cheddar Bread: Add 1/2 cup of our BLT Seasoning and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. (You can substitute 12 ounces of beer for the milk.)
Garlic Basil Bread: Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of our Garlic Basil Seasoning and 1 cup your choice shredded cheese.
