2. Form dough into 1 inch balls, and place about 2 inches apart on a greased baking sheet.*
3. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Yields: approximately 3 dozen cookies
*Cookies will bake faster on darker baking sheets.
