Italian Mozzarella Meatloaf Mix

1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Prepare meat mixture as instructed below.

2.  Shape mixture into meatballs.

3.  Place meatballs on foil lined pan or baking sheet and bake for about 15 to  20 minutes.

2. 1 1/2 pounds ground meat (your choice beef, pork, chicken, or combination)
3. 1/4 to 1/2 cup ketchup
4. 1 egg

Cook Time:  15 - 20 minutes
