2. Add cream cheese and continue beating several minutes on a higher speed until mixture is smooth and fluffy.
3. Spoon into pie crust, cover and chill for at least 30 minutes. Serve cold. May top with whipped topping as desired.
Optional Serving Suggestion: Place pie mixture into individual bowls and serve as a mousse instead of as a pie.
