Here is how easy it is to make Snickerdoodle Cookies...
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour cinnamon sugar packet on a plate; set aside. Using an electric mixer, blend cookie mix with butter, egg and milk until well blended.
Form soft dough into 1 inch balls and roll in cinnamon sugar. Place about 2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
Cool on cookie sheet before removing to rack.
Yields: approximately 3 dozen cookies
*Cookies will bake faster on darker baking sheets.
