Southern Cornbread Mix

 
1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; stir until blended and smooth.

2.  Pour into two greased, 8 square or round baking pans.

3.  Bake 20 to  30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

2. 2 eggs
3. 1 cup milk
4. 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
