2. Spray a 8x8 baking dish with nonstick spray. Pat remaining mixture into bottom of dish. Bake 15-18 minutes or until crust is lightly browned. Remove from oven.
3. While crust bakes, prepare the filling by combining the contents of the packet with water and egg in a mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined. Pour filling over warm baked crust. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture over top.
4. Bake 20-25 minutes or until filling is set and golden. Cool in dish on a wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired and serve.
