2. With an electric mixer, beat eggs with butter until creamy. Add cookie mix and stir until well blended. Stir in white chocolate chips and Craisins®.
3. Drop dough, by rounded spoonfuls, 2 inches apart onto prepared baking sheet.
4. Bake 10 minutes* or until edges are just starting to brown. Cool 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
Yields: 3 dozen
*Cookies will bake faster on a dark baking sheet.
